Alice Lindstrom

Alice Lindstrom works with paper, making textured and delicate collages from layers of painted paper as well as papercuts cut from single sheets of paper. Her aesthetic draws on diverse influences, including mid-century illustration and design, folk art and asearly twentieth century art movements. She has illustrated the books A Stage Full of Shakespeare Stories, Bees Are Our Friends, Beautiful Eggs and Fox and Bird. Alice lives on Kaurna land, with her husband, two young children and two old-ish cats.
