Ella Mittas

Ella is a writer and chef who uses food and words to understand and connect with identity, particularly conceptions of Australian identity.  Her writing has been featured in The Monthly, Meanjin, The Saturday Paper and The Guardian. Her debut novel More Real will be released in April 2027 with Black Inc.
