Welcome Bella!

I am so excited to welcome Bella Suckling to her new role as Associate Agent! Bella has worked with me at the Agency for two years in her capacity as Administration and Marketing Co-ordinator, and has been integral to the agency’s success.

Some exciting news! Bella Suckling, who has been working with Annabel Barker Agency for two years, is now taking on her own clients in an Associate Agent role, representing writing for both adults and young people.

Bella joined the agency as Administration and Marketing Coordinator in 2023. She has worked as a bookseller at various bookstores across Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra and as a copywriter for a number of different brands and arts organisations. In 2024, she completed a Masters of Publishing, Editing and Creative Writing at the University of Melbourne. She represented the agency at the Bologna Book Fair earlier this year and is thrilled to be taking on clients as an Associate Agent.
