Thunderhead film option
How exciting to see Sophe Beer’s first middle grade nove optioned for film! Based on Sophie’s own experience with a brain tumour that led to hearing loss, the book was aptly described by A&U as ‘a heart-squeezing and hopeful illustrated middle-grade nove about music, disability, friendship and fandom - beautifully told with humour, art and joy’.
We think Thunderhead will make the most glorious film and we can’t wait to see this develop with the team at Thunderhead.
